Great Leaders Know

A clear mission and vision provides a North Star for people. It's what helps teams to make the best decisions when things are tough. We have our own North Star—it's called our Big Why. It helps us make the best decisions when things get tough. Before moving on, make sure you've got your answers to the following two questions: 



What's Your Why?

What are the deepest, most personal reasons you want to change your eating habits? Write it down on p 177. Include not only how changing your eating habits for the better will benefit you but also how it’ll impact those around you—from colleagues to family and friends.

What are Your Strengths?

What are  personal qualities that usually help you overcome roadblocks in life? You draw upon these strengths when you need them to be the best leader that you can be. You can look to your strengths to succeed in this journey too. Write them down on p.178.



You'll want to keep these answers top of mind as you go through your changes. I guarantee, it'll make it all so much easier.
